The terms governing your use of GoWell Hospitality services and website.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services or website of GoWell Hospitality, operated by EVJ Partners LLC ("GoWell," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
GoWell Hospitality provides short-term rental (STR) property operations services including, but not limited to, departure cleaning, deep cleaning, linen and laundry management, supply and toiletry restocking, property inspections, and damage reporting. Specific services and scope are defined in the individual service agreement entered into between GoWell and each client.
All service relationships are governed by a written or electronic service agreement between GoWell and the client. These Terms supplement but do not replace the terms of any executed service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement shall prevail.
Clients agree to:
Services are scheduled based on booking calendar data provided or shared by the client. Cancellations or reschedules requested with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the service agreement. GoWell reserves the right to reschedule in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns).
Payment terms are specified in each client's service agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees. GoWell reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days past due.
GoWell will document and report any damage or maintenance issues observed during service delivery. However, GoWell is not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by guests, or damage that was not reasonably observable during the service visit. Photo reports serve as contemporaneous documentation only and do not constitute a guarantee of property condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoWell's total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. GoWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
GoWell maintains general liability insurance appropriate to its operations. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own property, contents, and liability insurance. GoWell's insurance does not cover guest-caused damage, theft, or pre-existing property conditions.
GoWell treats all client property information, access credentials, and business information as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law.
All content on the GoWell Hospitality website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of EVJ Partners LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or interfere with other users' access. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be subject to non-binding mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, to which both parties consent to jurisdiction and venue.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
